Senior Trading Manager
Job Description
1.To lead the Foreign Trade Dept. to expand international market, contact oversea customers and promote orders.
2.Responsible for order negotiation, sign the contract, document review, order management, collection etc.
3.Responsible for evaluation, tracking, management and risk control of the order.
4.Responsible for the order production and supply, inspection, customs clearance and other process tracking, timely deal with the problems in each process.
5.Responsible for the collation of customer data, in accordance with customer requirements to do timely feedback and processing.
6.Responsible for dealing with the emergency during the execution of the contract.
7.Responsible for the training and guidance of subordinate salesperson.
8.To complete the temporary work assigned by Director.
Qualifications
1.Diploma or bachelor’s degree or above in a major in trading preferred.
2.Outstanding English & Chinese including Mandarin, Cantonese oral and written communication skills.
3.Priority to Korean, Japanese and other LCTL ability.
4.Strong computer skills including PPT, Microsoft Excel, Word and etc.
5.Not less than 10 years of solid experience in Electronics, Home Furnishings and Bags & Luggage trading.
6.Familiar with the trade operation process and relevant laws and regulations, with professional knowledge in trading.
7.Good business development ability and negotiation skills, with strong sense of public relations, professionalism, Team Spirit and independent working ability, be bold in exploration and innovation.
8.Solid experience in sourcing, sample/product development and orders follow up with South and North China.
9.Excellent time management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines.
10.Good interpersonal skills to contact directly overseas customers and suppliers.
11.Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
12.Mature, self-motivated, details-minded, responsible & able to work independently.
13.Proven success in Sales, Market development and Customer Services.

崗位職責
1、帶領外貿部積極開拓國際市場,聯繫海外客戶,促成訂單;
2、負責外貿訂單的洽談、簽約、單證審核、訂單管理、收款等;
3、負責定單的評估、跟蹤、管理和風險控制;
4、負責定單的生產和貨源、貨物檢驗、商檢報關等過程的跟蹤,及時處理各環節出現的問題;
5、負責整理客戶數據,根據客戶的要求做好及時反饋和處理;
6、負責妥善處理合同履行過程中出現的緊急意外情況;
7、負責下屬業務員的培訓和指導;
8、完成公司董事臨時交辦的工作。
任職資格
1、具有貿易相關專業大專或本科以上的全日制學歷;
2、具有傑出的中(國語,廣東話)英文口語和書面溝通能力;
3、具有韓語、日語等其它小語種能力者優先考慮;
4、具有強大的計算機技能,包括熟知PPT、Microsoft Excel、Word等;
5、具有不少於10年紮實的豐富的電子產品,家居類以及箱包外貿經驗;
6、熟悉貿易操作流程及相關法律法規,具備貿易領域專業知識;
7、具有良好的業務拓展能力和商務談判技巧,具有較強的公關意識、事業心、團隊合作精神和獨立處事能力,勇於開拓和創新;
8、在中國華南、華北地區的採購、樣品/產品開發和訂單跟進方面擁有豐富的經驗優先考慮;
9、具有出色的時間管理技能和在緊迫的期限內工作的能力;
10、具有良好的人際交往能力,可以直接聯系海外客戶和供應商;
11、具有良好的溝通、談判和解決問題的能力;
12、成熟,有上進心,註重細節,有責任感,能夠獨立工作;
13、在銷售,市場開發和客戶服務方面取得成功。
